Service line 02

Your export department, outsourced and built around you

Building an in-house export department means hiring an expensive and scarce profile, giving them a year or two to get up to speed, and carrying the whole risk if it does not work out. The alternative is to bring in a department that is already formed, with the experience behind it and the international address book open, and pay for it as a service rather than sustain it as a structure.

How we work

Four phases. At the end of each one, you decide whether we continue.

  1. 01

    Export readiness assessment

We analyse the product, the ex-works price, production capacity and available documentation. This is where we will sometimes tell you your product is not ready to travel yet. We would rather say so on day one than on the last day.

  2. 02

    Market and channel selection

Not every channel suits every product. We study each sales project by reviewing online and traditional channels, geographic areas, agreements, contracts and their duration. In B2C we assess e-commerce and compare the available marketplaces before committing resources.

  3. 03

    Opening contacts

We put an up-to-date international address book of real importers, distributors and buyers at your disposal. The distance between a list of companies and a contact who picks up the phone is measured in years of relationship.

  4. 04

    Negotiation and support

We support you through the negotiation and the first shipments, with measurable short, medium and long-term targets so you always know whether the project is moving.

Where we are strongest

We work with high added-value products, where quality can be defended on price: organic, BIO, vegan, lactose-free and, above all, food with kosher certification.

Compared with hiring in-house

Variable cost, not fixed

No payroll, no severance, and none of the opportunity cost of a bad hire.

Operational from month one

We absorb the learning curve on the market, not your P&L.

Six working languages

English, French, German, Spanish, Catalan and Hebrew. Whoever represents you speaks the language of the buyer, with no intermediary in between.

An open international address book

You start from existing contacts, not from a blank page and a trade fair exhibitor list.

Our own methodology

Analysis and management tools developed in house, with measurable targets from the first month.

Reversible

If the project does not work, it stops. You are not left with a structure you no longer need.

Tell us what you make and where you would like to reach. We will tell you frankly whether we think it is viable and what it would take.
