What data we process and why
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or when you write or call us: name and surname, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry.
The purpose is to handle and respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain the business relationship arising from it. If you also tick the relevant box, we will send you commercial information about our services.
This website does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal basis
Processing of your enquiry is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Commercial communications are based solely on the consent you give by ticking the specific box, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a contractual relationship arises, for its duration plus the applicable statutory limitation periods. If you consented to commercial communications, until you ask to be removed.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required.
The website is hosted on the Netlify platform, which acts as data processor and also provides the form submission service. Its servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@bidanature.com or to the postal address above, providing proof of identity.
